Works with any data source

DataVerse does not depend on a specific payment rail or provider. The more context you send, such as amount, merchant category code or location, the higher the match rate.

Simple pricing

Pay per call, with volume tiers for each API. We can run a pilot on your own transactions so you can measure the results before you commit.

Frequently asked questions

What is DataVerse?

DataVerse is Wenalyze's transaction enrichment API. It turns raw card and account descriptors such as "AMZN MKTP ES*2K4L9" into clean data: merchant name, brand, logo and spending category.

What is transaction enrichment?

Transaction enrichment is the process of adding context to a raw payment record, such as the real merchant, its category and its location, so that people and systems can understand and act on it.

Who uses DataVerse?

Banks, card issuers, fintechs and insurers. Banks use it for readable statements and cross-selling, card issuers for clearer transaction feeds, and insurers to detect insurable moments such as a new car or a new home.

Does DataVerse need open banking access?

No. DataVerse works with the transaction data you already hold, from any payment rail or provider. Sending more context, such as amount, merchant category code or location, raises the match rate.

How is DataVerse priced?

Pay per call, with volume tiers for each API. We can run a pilot on a sample of your own transactions so you can measure the results before you commit.
